Cook up a delicious meal in the fully equipped luxury kitchen, or grill on the deck while enjoying a lovely mountain view. The wet bar inside will keep refreshments going late into the night. You'll find charming artistic touches throughout this home, including unique tile details in the bathrooms and kitchen. Each morning, you'll wake up surrounded by good vibes and you'll love the phenomenal view from every window. Amenities include central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer, not to mention floods of natural light. Two separate desk workspaces are set up just outside the kitchen, perfect for collaborating on remote projects. When you're ready to wind down, enjoy a cleansing session in the private sauna. There's plenty of space for your entire group to settle in here - take a seat on the deck and kick back.

THINGS TO KNOW
As is common in the Sedona area, this home does NOT have a Central Air Conditioning system.
The fireplaces are not for guest use.
A sofa bed in one of the bedrooms provides an extra sleeping space.
Baby gates are available for younger guests.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
