There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.
Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

It has a seasonal community pool, heated May thru September, possibly additional 2 weeks in April or October, depending on the weather & temperatures each year. Hot Tub is open year-round. Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub. No alcohol, glass, or food in the pool area. There is no on-street parking. Cars must be in the garage or carport. Not in guest parking spaces. Cars must be 18` or less long, and less than 70" high to fit in the garage. No RV parking is allowed.

Very comfortable house. Everything we needed for our stay. Loved the fresh fruit left for us. Very conveniently located.If I had any complaints it would be that unable to use the garage. But it looked like they had done some remodeling recently, and the couch was still in the garage. For us not a problem.

Our stay was great! The weather worked out perfect for Feb. The hot tub was fine. Pool was too cold. Really lovely area and place to stay near all the great hiking spots. The Sedona Sunday Farmer's Market was so fun! This place is well stocked -both bathroom and kitchen stuff. We always appreciate coffee, spices, etc. We did have one issue with the washer leaking. The repairman came the next day. apparently it had happened before. He was able to get it fixed enough for our use. One other issue is the bed in the office/second room. The mattress is a bit saggy in the middle.

Amenities were in good condition and check in was flawless. After we arrived we had a couple of questions that we tried to get answers from the Mgmt company both by telephone and text and never did get a response. We much prefer the personal touch you get from an individual mgr. Also the condo was overstocked with dishes. All cabinets were jammed full and there was absolutely no room for anything we brought.

Beautiful condo located blocks to minutes from shopping and hiking!The condo is extremely well appointed with everything you could need!I would personally recommend that the fold out couch in the second bedroom be replaced with a true bed. As is the case with all fold out couches, they just aren’t comfortable, regardless of how many toppers you add. And, in this condo, a couch isn’t needed. There’s a desk in the 2nd bedroom, and there’s the spacious dining table for the rare guest who wants to work. I would most definitely stay here again and truly hope that my next visit to Sedona will be soon, as it is one of the most breath-taking places I’ve ever been!

This is a very nice condo. It is clean, quiet and location is great. We travelled with our 17 yr old granddaughter and she utilized the bedroom with the pull out bed. The topper was great and a must and it was nice she had her own space. We didn't use the kitchen much but it looked to be well stocked. My only complaint was the bed my husband and I used creaked getting in and out or when turning. We are also used to a King so it took time getting used to a queen again but I knew this prior to booking. Overall this was a very nice place and we would stay here again and/or recommend.

Property is great, was very clean and had everything we needed. It also has a desk for working remotely and the WiFi is excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the patio out back and we also took advantage of the community pool and hot tub (also clean and well kept). It would be nice if there was some shade at the pool for daytime swimming, there is a pergola but those don’t block the full sun.Communication was great and Donna with the property management group was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay in a beautiful area
The property was as nice as it looked in the photos. The property was very clean and set out to be welcoming on our arrival. It was very well stocked with linen, crockery and home comforts. The fridge freezer had an ice maker and the washer dryer was excellent. We had use of the very clean garage where we kept our golf clubs and also the car port which we used for the car.
