It was relaxin and quit. Loved that they had an elevator.

The bed was clean and very comfy. I’m normally a germaphobe when it comes to hotel beds, but the king size I reserved exceeded my expectations. Would stay again. Restroom was okay. The balcony view overlooking the street was beautiful.

Great view, nice small hotel. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very nice and the fact that we were sitting outside and enjoying the cool if Sedona morning was a treat.

I loved the modern room with balcony and views. I didnt care for the breakfast, no meat selections. Otherwise , overall excellent

On the Orbitz site it said this property allows pets, but when I checked in, I was told we could not have our pet in the room I reserved. They wanted to give me a different room that did not have enough sleeping space for my family. We happened to be traveling in a camper van, so our dogs slept there, but if not, this would've been a big problem.

First let me say that I just moved from Sedona and had a doctor's appointment so came to stay the night so I didn't have to drive in the dark back to Sedona. I'm saying that I know the area. I picked the Andante Inn for it's location. It is in West Sedona (not the main tourist area of North Sedona) but the location is great. You're close to a good selection of restaurants (including McDonald's) and at least 5 grocers (Safeway, Basha's, Whole Foods, the Natural Food store and a couple of others). You are close any number of hiking opportunities including my favorite Boynton Canyon and Rachel's Knoll (will cost you $3 a car as it's in a gated community but so worth the effort to go there). You are also close to the Village of Oak Creek and the Chapel, Bell and Courthouse Rock, and of course Cathedral. You are also close to urgent care and the ER ... just saying. I did not check out the pool nor did I check out the fitness center so I cannot rate those. I was very pleased though that the beds were extremely comfortable and I slept really well. Cleanliness ... I used the stair well instead of the elevator (I was on the second floor and no suitcase) and I will say I was impressed with how clean the stairwell was ... I really was impressed that it was so clean. To me that says a lot about the rest of the facility. Is this a 5 star hotel? No ... but it met my needs ... I was comfortable and I felt safe (and Starbucks is less than a mile down the road on the right).

Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely recommend to friends and family! We stayed one night and would have no issues coming back!!

Great hotel and I recommend you choose a room with a view, it's worth it. There is an enclosed pet area with faux grass and poop bags. Caution, small dogs may fit under gate. Great stay! While checking in, I was advised by the staff member that I needed to pay a pet fee and that I was notified by Orbitz that I needed to call ahead to ensure my "pet friendly" room was reserved. This information was in the fine print, but is not very forthcoming. Orbitz either needs to do a better job making this known to customers who specifically search for "pet friendly" hotels or the property needs to do better with checking with their customers. Perhaps either/or or both but this doesn't change my opinion of our stay.

Breakfast was boring with only carbs, it would be nice to have some proteins like bacon, sausages or scrambled eggs. The pillows was really flat, didn't get a good night sleep because my neck hurts during the night. Other than that, it was pleasant stay.

Average hotel. Breakfast area is very small and hardly can sit 15 people.

when the AC came on it was like a jet engine starting up

The hotel is well located for all activities you can drive your OHV from there , walking distance from great restaurant, room super clean , nice view if you pick the view room, please note. you are. on the. other side of the blvd. for the view, breakfast included ok but very small palce to eat so we brougth our breakfast to the room.
