This is a new, fully remodeled home just finished in March 2020, in West Sedona. With a beautiful front and back yard, fruit trees, water feature and nice open deck facing the back. Looking for a 6 month lease with tenant being responsible for utilities. This home is partially furnished but can be discussed if you have your own. 2 month deposit are required. We do offer wifi. A car port and off street parking is also available.
It is a corner property on a 0.25 acre and about 5 minutes away from the Thunder Mountain TH, 10 minutes away from the Stupa and Grocery shopping is very close. This is a very safe and quiet neighborhood we have experienced ourselves for our family for over 10 years.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a private yard.
