This house is in a great location for outdoor fun. It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. We had good communication with owner. Nearby bars have really good bar food and the Dollar General has what you need to make breakfast.

Perfect trail access house!

Very clean, a lot of amenities, can’t beat being 1.5 miles away from snow shoe black bear trailhead on an atv legal road.

Brandon’s house was great to stay in! It was clean and sits on amazing piece of property close to atv trails. I highly recommend this and will stay in the future.

Excellent stay! Property is beautiful! It's surprisingly close to grocery stores and restaurants. Brandon was quick to respond to my questions. House is well equipped, including a small selection of snacks. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great location for a winter adventure

This property was a great location for what we were planning to do for the weekend, it was close to Black Moshannon State Park and Mosquito Creek Sportsmen Association. The rental was clean and had everything we needed; the property itself was private and yet accessible even with winter roads. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We were going UTV riding on the snow shoe trails with friends in the area and we stayed here. This property was perfect for the weekend. We were able to ride our UTV from the house to the trails and back. The place was very clean and cozy. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely stay here again.
