Beautiful , well managed and kept apartment in an ideal location

The apartment is perfect for a family of 3 with a baby or a kid. The apartment is well kept and well managed. The kitchen is perfect and the rooms are so good , they make you feel at home. Definite recommend and perfect place to stay ! Very happy

Eine wunderschöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Alles war super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die super nette und hilfsbereite Familie Barth, sehr herzliche, unkomplizierte und jederzeit ansprechbare Vermieter. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen mit Hausgemachte Marmelade und noch ein paar extra =)

Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und es fehlt wirklich an nichts und auch der Garten ist wunderschön. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend, so dass man sich sofort zuhause gefühlt hat. Einige Ausflüge haben wir direkt von dort aus mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bequem angesteuert. Die Gegend ist einfach insgesamt großartig und bezaubernd. Wir werden auf jeden Fall herzlich gerne wieder in dieser Ferienwohnung unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Natur und Ruhe pur

Super nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist modern und Groß. Es ist alles bestens bestückt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und in der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Wir können den bisherigen Bewertungen zustimmen. Super Lage für Erkundungen und zum Einkaufen. In der Wohnung war alles, was man braucht. Sehr nette, aufmerksame und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Hinterm Haus rauscht ein Bach, was wir sehr mochten, wie alle Naturgeräusche. Leider kann man ihn von der Wohnung aus nicht sehen.Restaurantbesuche müssen vorher reserviert werden wie fast überall inzwischen, sonst keine Chance. Aber es gibt (noch) genügend Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Es war ein schöne runde Woche.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Ferienwohnung hatte alles, was man braucht. Vollausstattung Küche(Kaffee.......) Gastgeber sehr Warmherzig und immer hilfsbereit. Verbrachten einen gemeinsamen Grillabend im Garten. Sich zu duzen war kein Problem. Hilfestellung bei Routenplanung war selbstverständlich und gemeinsame Wandertour wurde auch angeboten.

Eine Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Liebe Birgitt, lieber Frieder, ihr habt uns eine Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Der herzliche Willkommensgruß, eine traumhaft eingerichtete Wohnung... selbst an die Tupperdosen für die Hasenbrote beim Ausflug wurde gedacht, eine große Auswahl von Ideen, Karten und Broschüren für Ausflugsziele in die Nähe und fernere Umgebung, ob Wandern, kulinarisch, kulturell, mit oder ohne Hund... einfach wunderbar... Selbst an die Kinder wurde gedacht mit vielen schönen Spielen. Und nicht zu vergessen die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber. Vielen lieben Dank! Wir kommen sehr, sehr gern wieder.

Super Wohnung für Wanderausflüge

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Erika hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man so gebrauchen kann. Der Kontakt war immer sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben mit dem Auto schöne Ausflüge in die Sächsiche und Böhmische Schweiz unternommen.

Die FeWo ist wirklich richtig gut und weiter zu empfehlen. Sie ist sehr sauber, ordentlich mit schönen neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles was man brauch. Die FeWo liegt sehr zentral zu sehr vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der sächsischen Schweiz. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnt im selben Haus und deshalb immer gut zu erreichen. Über die kleinen Willkommensgeschenke haben wir uns gefreut. Insgesamt alles sehr empfehlenswert

Top Lage

Wir hatten zwar das Pech, dass in diesem Zeitraum die Bastei gesperrt war, (Waldbrand Stufe 5) aber diese Unterkunft hat uns allen gefallen Mann, Mir & Kind (11 J.). Nicht nur die schön helle Große bedachte Wohnung sonder auch der idyllische Garten mit Bach saftig grüne Wiese, schönen Blumen und gegenüberliegenden Wald. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit mit anderen Ausflügen oder anderen Equipment. Unserer Hund konnte trotzdem im naheliegende Wald mit asphaltierten Weg. Es gibt auch ein Pferdehof für Ausflüge. Wir waren begeistert.

Eine superschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön am Rande von Sebnitz. Der Garten ist traumhaft, mit der fließenden Sebnitz. Die Vermieter sind offen, freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles, von dem man gar nicht wusste, das man es braucht, war vorhanden ;-))

Wunderbar an Fluß und Wald gelegen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben um zu grillen mit dem Rauschen des Flusses. Die Gastgeber sind wunderbar nett und hilfsbereit. Nachdem wir kein Auto haben, holten sie uns von Zug ab und brachten uns wieder hin. Ausserdem bekamen wir tolle Wandertips und machten sogar eine gemeinsame Tour zu Plätzen die wir sonst nie gefunden hätten. Gerne wieder, aber dafür länger!

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ideal für Wanderungen in die Sächsische Schweiz. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt, ist trotz ihrer Nähe zur Straße sehr ruhig und idyllisch an der Sebnitz gelegen.
