I had a wonderful time in Ubud Bali. I was there for 7 days. They do feed you the same breakfast every single morning but overall I really enjoyed myself. The massages were great! My room could have been fresher. At times I smelled a pee odor coming from the bathroom. One day when they change my towels, 1 of them smell just like pee I was so upset bc I smelled it as I was drying off. I informed them about it and told him to come and smell it. He did and changed my towels. Other than that I had a wonderful time.

This small, intimate resort is perfect for enjoyjng relaxing time in the region of rice terraces and waterfalls! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is fantastic! I highly recommend staying here!

Mauvais rapport qualité-prix

Des hôtels que nous avons fait dans la région de Ubud le Pinggala est le plus cher et le moins bon. C est une barre de béton , gris , triste et sans charme. La chambre remonte la note elle est spacieuse nous étions au 1 er (recommandé ) salle de bain avec baignoire (pas de sèche cheveux). literie un peu fatiguée et WiFi fortement défaillant . Une grande piscine avec jacuzzi pour se détendre. Bon petit déjeuner pour le reste la cuisine du restaurant est sans intérêt. Personnel souriant. Avec toutes les offres hôtelière dans le secteur calme et sereine on aurait pu choisir mieux nous regrettons notre choix .

Villa con ruido de obras

El check-in no es posible hasta las 14:00. Una vez que entramos a la villa vemos y oimos que estan en obras justo enfrente, de hecho se les puede ver desde la piscina, lo que implica un ruido insoportable y mucho polvo. Al avisar de ello solo piden disculpas y al insistir en que nos cambiesen de villa a lo que dijeron que no era posible nos ofrecieron un masaje (el cual les habiamos sugerido como compensación). Aceptamos pensando que al dia siguiente al ser domingo no continuarían las obras pero a las 9 el ruido era tal que ni podiamos mantener una conversión, a tal problema no nos dieron ninguna solución alegando que ya nos habían dado un masaje, pero que no hubiéramos aceptado de saber que al dia siguiente sería lo mismo. Por lo tanto si lo que buscas es relax e intimidad, te aconsejo que no vengas aquí, hay muchisimas villas mejores alrededor. Por muy bonita o bien que este la piscina, el desayuno... si tienes durante horas un ruido ensordecedor sin que te den una solucion, y ademas te ven desde fuera, esto arruinará tus vacaciones.

Flot beliggenhed. Forfærdelig mug-lugt på værelse

Hotellet har den skønneste beliggenhed og udadtil ser det hele så fint og flot ud. Personalet er super søde og imødekommende. Jeg havde booket 4 overnatninger, men var nødt til at rejse allerede efter to nætter, da der lugtede helt forfærdeligt af mug på værelset. Jeg rejste alene med min søn på 7 måneder, og jeg var bange for at det var direkte sundhedsskadende at blive der længere. Det er meget ærgerligt, for hotellet har meget potentiale. Skal du kun have én eller to overnatning, kan stedet nok gå an, men jeg ville ikke udsætte mig på det længere end det.
