DOWNSTAIRS: an open New York-style designer studio with a king bed and a queen pull-out, a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity — a complete retreat of its own. Sleeps up to 8 across four beds: king, two queens, and a queen sofa bed. Three separate sleeping areas across two floors mean a group genuinely spreads out — one enclosed bedroom, one open loft above, and the studio below with its own bath. Please note the loft and studio are open-plan by design, not enclosed bedrooms. Baby crib available. Luxury linens, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and elegant indoor-outdoor living throughout. Spacious, beautiful guest house located behind main property. Street parking was tricky with a large vehicle. Location to downtown was convinient. Would have liked to spend more time at the property, 'couldn't due to other obligations' but hope to return eventually.
