Wow! Amazing doesn’t even begin to explain this place. We were a group of 8 people (6 adults, two young children). The house and the property grounds are absolutely beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The bedrooms all feel very private, they all have their own bathroom. The house is located a little out of town, which makes it super quiet, but still close to go grabs groceries. The kids loved the pickleball court and the game room. We all said we could have spent so much more time there. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect house for 5 adult couples!! With each bedroom having a king bed and their own private bathrooms, it was comfortable for all. The kitchen had everything we needed. What a fun house!! And a cute town with a quick drive to Bodega. We couldn’t have asked for more!! We all talked about coming back and we definitely would recommend it to others. The host was great and responded promptly to all of our questions. Thank you! And Thank you for the 2 for 1 vouchers for wine tasting! That was an added bonus!

Great house! The pictures do not do it justice. Communication was seamless. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped with more than we needed. The property is stunning and feels very private. Easy drive to wineries and downtown areas. I would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen was well organized and clean. The house and grounds were immaculate. Check in was easy and well communicated. Our entire stay was perfect from check in to check out.

Such a beautiful property! We enjoyed the pool, ping pong, bedrooms, open kitchen area, vineyards, and nearby restaurants of Graton. Everything was in great condition. Highly recommend!!

The house was beautiful, however, the heat was off when we arrived around 4:30 pm and the temp inside the house was in the 50’s. It remained uncomfortably cold after turning on the heat. The property manager was quick to respond and brought over several small space heaters that night that helped warm things up until the house could warm up. I would recommend that the property manager turn on the heat ahead of check in when it is cold outside so the arriving guests are comfortable. There were also ants in the kitchen and the hot tub was very slow to heat up.

We celebrated my wife’s 50th birthday with friends and had an amazing time! Beautiful house and landscaping in a private location. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond.

Great place for an wine country getaway

Nice big house with plenty of space to spread out. The grounds were beautiful and every bedroom had its own bathroom which was really nice. Would definitely recommend this house and will definitely consider rebooking in the future.

Fallen Tree Ranch

Beautiful location. Quiet neighborhood by a winery. We loved the sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. Great that it is on the golf course as well.

Beautiful home

The photos really don't do the grounds justice. It's beautiful. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. We did contact the host at one point and they were incredible. Highly recommend. We would love to come back.

Perfect house for a wine country family getaway

This house is ideal for a family with young adults. The all king ensuite bedrooms and layout are perfect as is the large patio with pool and outdoor table/furniture. Central A/C was nice but not needed, even in August as the house is well-shaded. Ideally located near the town of Sebastopol.

Great house for our family get together

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house was perfect for our group with bathrooms in every room, plenty of space to hang when the kids went to bed inside and out. I can’t say enough about the huge comfy beds. Literally we all slept sooo well. Lounging by the pool, chilling in the hot tub and enjoying the neighborhood orchards was magical. Thank you so much for making our family vacation so luxurious.

Perfect House for weekend away with friends

This house was perfect for weekend away with four couples. Each bedroom has it's own en suite bathroom, which is a great feature. Pool and hot tub were lovely and pool was well heated. There was plenty of seating for all of us in the dining room, the outdoor dining area, as well as the indoor and outdoor lounging areas. I love this area with lots of wine tasting, and small towns to explore. Would definitely love to stay in this house again.

Better than the pictures!

We came with three families and upon arrival we all were wowed by how well the property was maintained. Beautiful grounds, beautiful landscaping and a great place for families to gather. The kids loved the pool, and each room having its on en suite was really convenient. House was well stocked and had great amenities. Only feedback I have is that it would have been nice to have a handheld shower (for showering kids). Would highly recommend and book again!

Amazing property and excellent property management

We loved this house and property. The house was big, clean, had updated appliances and furniture, and plenty of sleeping space for 6 adults and 6 young children. The pool was beautiful and warm, there is a lovely and easy to use fire pit, and the game room was an added bonus. You can walk around the large orchard property including to some wineries. The property manager Randy went above and beyond to provide excellent service and help during our stay. Highly recommend!!
