Well kept grounds, newly renovated room. very nice. Intimate setting with 10-11 cottages. River is right there. kayaks for guests to use. Spoil island with beaches a short, 200 yd paddle across the river. Highly recommended.

Sebastian,FL is fresh and clean, more low-key compared to other coastal towns in Florida. And Island View Cottages is an absolute gem. Renee and Carmen were friendly and so helpful. The rooms were spic and span and the grounds were priceless. Grateful we found his property.
