This beautiful condo in Sebastian offers a great water view and cozy retreat with 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed and office desk area. The bathroom is equipped with a walk in rain shower, hair dryer, and full size washer/dryer. You'll find amenities like the fantastic community swimming pool, WiFi, AC, heating, and much more to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place with the sea breeze and fantastic view of the Indian River Lagoon Intracoastal waterway. There is great outdoor space and seating to enjoy the sunrise over the water or the beautiful sunset to the west, or view rocket launches to the north. Close to shopping, great restaurants, entertainment, with so many options for various activities like boat/kayak or paddle board rentals, walking, biking, fishing, festivals, and the wonderful weather to enjoy it all!
