The living room and bedrooms have Smart TVs. The well stocked kitchen is a chef's dream. With a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom, there’s plenty of privacy for everyone! Minutes to Beaches!

Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-Cats are not allowed due to health hazards to the home owner.
-1 House trained dog allowed under 20lbs. If bigger or more than one please inquire before booking.
-$50 per pet will need to be paid before check-in info and house access is granted. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence
-No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well.
-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.
