OCCUPANCY LIMIT 6- 2-bedroom 1 bath with a loft. Enjoy the amazing views with 220' of private frontage and 1.2 acre lot, with flat areas for games. Bring your boat and keep it right on the dock. There is a 2nd smaller dock for launching kayaks and canoes. The house comes with 2 inflatable kayaks and 1 inflatable paddle board. The main bedroom is on the 1st floor with a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom is off the enclosed porch with 2 twin beds. The loft has a queen bed and is accessible by ladder. You can enjoy views of the lake from the enclosed porch upstairs, the screened in porch on the 1st floor, or the multiple outside seating areas. NO BOATS ARE ABLE TO STAY TIED UP TO THE DOCK. NO MOORING,.

This cabin on Sebago Lake gave us more than we even expected. It was a beautiful place to land as we visited Maine for the first time. The home is clean, cozy, and well-accommodated. I highly recommend it!
