Cambisgate is believed to have been built in the 1970s and designed to make the most of 180 degree sea views over the eastern Solent and towards the Hampshire and Sussex coasts. The property has some particularly spacious principal rooms all leading off onto a raised terrace or balcony providing panoramic and diverse sea views including across nearby Seagrove and Priory Bays.

The house is in a prime waterfront location and in addition to parking for a number of cars there is a garage and gardens to both the front and the rear with a gated access in the seawall leading onto the beach.
