Nestled on the first floor of our home, this spacious 1200-square-foot one-bedroom retreat offers a cozy and unique getaway. Enjoy your own private entrance (separate from the upstairs), convenient parking under the carport, and a welcoming mudroom for shoes and coats.
Inside the Apartment:
The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to cook up a storm—oil, salt, pepper, plus a coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods. Share meals in the dining area or unwind in the living room with a TV. For those working remotely, there’s a standing desk and chair. Fun awaits with 3 arcade games and foosball table! Down the hall, you’ll find a full bathroom, along with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Sleeping Arrangements:
The bedroom features a comfy king bed and a twin trundle bed (sleeping two), perfect for small groups or families. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Need extra space? We’ve got 2 air mattress available too.

Meet our six friendly rabbits who live outside—they love visitors and come with carrot treats provided by us! Just 1.5 miles away, Lake Washington beckons with beautiful waterfront parks like Log Boom Park, offering a public beach and kayak rentals.
