This 1926 Dutch Colonial will give you two distinct spaces to utilize:

A private MIL apartment in the main house, offering cozy comfort and modern amenities.
A separate 375 sq. ft. guesthouse/studio, steps away from the MIL.

The 800 square foot apt has a spacious bedroom with luxurious king-sized bed, comfy Haden Urban Sofa Bed, kitchen and laundry area, breakfast nook, and cozy bathroom with heated floors.

The kitchen: fridge, mini-dishwasher, toaster oven, slow cooker, food processor, microwave, rice cooker, air fryer, stick blender, Instant Pot. Laundry area: top-tier washer and dryer. Note there is no cooktop.

20 feet away: your own private 375 square foot guesthouse which can function as a game room, office, or 3rd bedroom. Note: The guesthouse does not have a bathroom. The apt bathroom is a ten second walk away.

Included in your rental is a 13 foot serene greenhouse, filled with herbs and a private driveway.
The apartment is heated and features 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
