The kitchen is stocked with plates, utensils, cookware, and wine glasses. Wake up and experience Seattle’s coffee culture by brewing coffee in a chemex or french-press, or walk a few blocks down the street to Fuel Coffee, a favorite among the locals.

Shared patio with charcoal grill and fire pit. Your private entrance is located at the back of the house, with a keyless lock for easy self-check-in. Free street parking available with provided parking pass (left in the unit). Shared laundry room with large HE washer and dryer.

We are friendly people who live on the floors above the guest apartment suite. We are open to any interaction, or none, if preferred by the guest.

Montlake is a posh community on the water, book-ended by two beautiful parks (Interlaken and the historic Washington Park Arboretum). Husky Stadium, the LINK light rail station, and a handful of local merchants are all easily reachable on foot.

You only need walk 8 minutes to the University of Washington LightRail station and it will take you all over the city (including the airport)!

Downtown Seattle is 10 minutes by car or light rail, and if you prefer the bus, the nearest stop is about a block away.

Our city also has plenty of Lyft, UBER, Car2Go or ReachNow cars available, any time of day or night.

We live on the floors above the Guest Suite and are available to answer any questions to make the most out of your stay. This home is over 90 years old, and while we installed all new insulation to keep you cozy and comfortable, you may hear some of the creaks from time to time that come with living in an old home.
If you want to order food for delivery, GrubHub, UberEats, and Pagliacci Pizza are good choices.
