Spring Break Coziness

This place was so perfect with the 3 separate rooms and kitchenette. The decor was unique and charming and the host Claire was very responsive My husband and I and our 2 teenage daughters stayed there. I have already recommended it to several of my coworkers. There were many little extra touches that made it feel like home.

Definitely stay here

Overall this place was great. Great neighborhood, great owners, great place to stay. Only complaint is the wifi isn’t great. Everything else was amazing.

the cutest & coziest little hideaway!! not far from much in seattle, in a nice little neighborhood. prepped & stocked for every emergency you could have, makes you feel so welcomed in. felt like if the “friend group mom” was a vrbo

Great hosts. Easy check in/out. Cute little place. Convenient area. Quiet surroundings. There is some issues with airflow/ventilation that seems to be leading to the start of mold growing in the bathroom and back bedroom. If they add in a dehumidifier to address this the place would be a 5 star place for sure!

Cozy and cute

Had a great stay for 3 nights.while it was a bit cozy it did give us 3 separate sleeping areas which the family appreciated. The outside sitting area was very nice and we enjoyed playing cards outside in the evening. Short walk to the H-train to get downtown was nice but there is a 186 step staircase which may not suit everyone! Host communication was great and we did not have any unfulfilled needs on our stay. Thanks!

The bed on the main room, or only room, made noises and our backs were hurting at the end of our stay so we decided to cut our stay one day short-we left at 4am on Sunday instead of 11am Monday. No internet the first two days; connection was terrible, so we couldn’t watch tv, so it was an inconvenience when you have kids. Nice clean place but would not recommend if you have kids, as the owner had lots of antiques and things that could be easily damaged by kids if not careful. She did offer coloring books and board games but some kids aren’t into that these days. Nice lady, replied to my messages kindly and in a timely manner.

Perfect location

We had 5 adults and fit just fine. Very cute decore and everything you needed in the bathroom and kitchen. Just outside of downtown made it a short drive to the center point while being able to relax in the quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here!

Cozy home in a quiet neighborhood

Relaxing, lovely home. We were originally planning on staying here with another couple. They had to cancel their trip so it was just us. It would have been pretty tight quarters for all four adults. But for just the two of us it was great. I think it would be fine for a family of four (2 adults + kids).

Review

Great location, easy access to downtown Seattle. Lots of things to also do on the West side. Claire was very responsive and had great amenities. Street parking only, no sidewalks on the street just an fyi. I personally would not recommend this place for infants/young toddlers. Lots of power cords, and nicknacks that kiddos can put in their mouths. Pack n play available but not a whole lot of places to put it as the place is pretty small and pack n plays take up quiet a bit of space.

Cute little place

The listing mentioned that the door was through one of the rooms, but didn't mention that the bathroom was also inside that room. It'd be a better location for a family, but as 2 adult couples, it was inconvenient for bathroom visits in the middle of the night. Nice place, appreciated the little sitting area outside. It was a nice stay for a reasonable price.
