a base to visit 4 different friends and family over a week

Excellent.We very much appreciated the elegance of the apartment and the many small and important matters that were thoughtfully covered -- from soaps and towels to coffee to apples to closet hangers (often not supplied).3 "entrance codes" (fence, then building then room) seems a lot and one was hard to see in the dark.The parking place was needed and convenient.

Good spot and easy access

We stayed here to house hunt in Seattle. Yvonne’s place was easy as a home base, easy parking and access, and she was a thoughtful host putting all the little necessities around the apartment that you may need. Very neat and clean! We enjoyed our stay- comfy bed! Sometimes a little noisy outside and from the heater, but as expected in town in close quarters.
