Located on a serene street, it offers tranquility in the midst of city life. A short stroll takes to the vibrant Broadway E & scenic Lakeview Blvd Viewpoint, or to plenty of transit options, opening doors to explore various facets of the city. Immerse yourself in this perfect blend of charm and accessibility.

The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 940 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step at the entrance.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available nearby.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

This house was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood with a great rooftop. Definitely a perfect stay for a family - would recommend. The property owner was very prompt and available with any and all concerns.

Cozy place, great neighborhood

Overall our stay was great. The place is well appointed and served us well and the neighborhood was fun and close enough to walk or light rail pretty much anywhere. The rooftop deck is also a lot of fun with great views! One drawback is the king bed on the third floor is inside a frame on the floor. The bed itself was comfortable, but getting in and out of a bed on the floor would likely be difficult if you had a bad back or other injury/ailment.
