Super spacious 1 bedroom + studio with workspace, huge living area, Zen patio with BBQ, and a designated parking spot behind the building! Centrally located between the Pike/Pine, Broadway, and 15th Ave districts of Capitol Hill- this is a prime location and is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood between it all. 2 blocks away from the Safeway grocery store and a 7 minute walk from the light rail station with direct access to and from SeaTac airport.
This space was designed with flexibility in mind. The Queen bed area in the main living space can be separated by a custom built curtain partition for privacy. All window drapes are room darkening as well in case you need to rest during the day. The living space features a dimmable lamp for any mood you're trying to set and artwork is on display by locally sourced KP Art. The master bedroom features a work from home desk so you have your own little office if needed. The Zen patio has a propane grill and green privacy fence with outdoor lighting and seating.
AC is set up in the summer months when the weather is warm :)
