They rise from the floor like the concentrated rays of a setting sun, providing a sturdy, metallic throne for the glory that sits atop them. The finish is so refined, so unapologetically opulent, that I found myself apologizing to it every time I walked past.But the shade... oh, the shade. It is not a lampshade; it is a translucent cloud captured from the third circle of heaven. Thousands of pristine, majestic feathers layered with the precision of a master architect.
