I have stayed at many Marriott’s and this was my favorite. The room was super clean, was set up with everything I needed for my stay including a nice kitchen set up. They have a great gym and washer and dryers on site. The lobby is set up with a bar and seating area that is very welcoming. Every staff member we spoke with was super friendly and accommodating. This is my new go-to Hotel in Seattle.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely friendly the reception team always had a smile on their face and were genuinely helpful whenever possible. The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The only issues I experienced were related to the lobby. The lobby was always very cold, especially in the evenings. If you wanted to sit there to have a tea or watch TV, you couldn’t stay more than a few minutes because the temperature was uncomfortable. It didn’t seem like the heating was being adjusted at all. Additionally, for two or three mornings, the hotel staff working in the lobby were extremely loud. They played music, had phone calls on speaker, and talked very loudly among themselves. It made it impossible to sit in the lobby for even ten minutes, and they said this noise typically continues until around 4 PM. It was quite inconvenient for residents, and it would be much better if the staff were more considerate of guests who are trying to relax or work in the lobby. Despite this, my overall stay was good, and the hotel has many positive qualities. I hope they address these issues to make the experience even better for future guests.
