Electronic keypad entrance. Designated parking for 2-3 cars is behind the home, alley access. There is plenty of free street parking in the front.

Guests have access to everything in the home and on the property, excluding:

The keypad locked closet upstairs on the left in the hallway. That is reserved for our cleaners.

The detached 2-car garage is currently unavailable.

There is a detached shed near the garage that is locked and not for guest use.

Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

The booking guest will be required to complete an e-signed renter agreement on behalf of all guests. This ensures all house rules are acknowledged prior to arrival.

The booking guest will also need to complete a simple guest verification process through our third-party partner, Happy Guest This includes a damage protection policy provided at no cost to the guest.

Guests without reviews or groups of 8+ will have a refundable $250 deposit authorized and upon no damages, have it released 2 days after check-out. For groups less than 8, we will manually waive the deposit hold, so please be patient if you get a notice saying that it's being collected. You're welcome to message us to have it waived. That's not a problem!
