You will be at the heart of Lower Queen Anne in this new, comfortable, and modernly furnished apartment. You cannot beat the location for access to downtown, Climate Pledge Arena, The Space Needle (visible from the rooftop!), and waterfront park. All the amenities of home you'd ever want are provided including a washer/dryer in unit, wifi, and Roku. The views on the rooftop are also incredible!

**Your stay also includes a FREE STREET PARKING PASS! Do note parking may be difficult at times, but the parking pass will allow you to park on multiple blocks surrounding the unit for free!**

The space is modern yet comfortable. The apartment is located on the street side of the building but is well insulated so you can still enjoy a quiet evening off the town.

Guests will be able to use the entire apartment as if it were their own home. Rooftop access is provided to everyone in the building which includes a BBQ and amazing views of the water and space needle!
