We didn't get to stay here because the communication with the host was nonexistent. We traveled 8 hours to get to the Seattle area and waited for an hour in the cold and rain because the host never sent check in instructions. We messaged and called the host - no response. We eventually called VRBO and the support staff was great. They tried to get us in touch with the host but they didn't have any luck either. VRBO eventually agreed to issue us a refund and help us find a hotel. As soon as the refund was issued we got a response from the host saying "we see you have been issued a refund so all is well now". Thanks to VRBO, we had a place to stay over Thanksgiving, but we were put up in a hotel room with all the kids, no space for them to run around, and no kitchen. Don't book this place unless you want to deal with the hassle of replanning your trip.

I thoroughly enjoyed the location and commend the host's responsiveness. However, I must detail the circumstances that led to a 3-star rating instead of a 5-star one.I reserved this accommodation for a family of seven comprising five adults and three children, three days prior to our intended arrival. From the outset, I sent multiple messages via the chat feature to the host, explaining our road trip from Canada to the USA, our anticipated late-night arrival, and requesting check-in instructions. For the first two days, I received no response, followed by a brief message stating that instructions would be sent via email.The evening before our arrival, at 11 PM, as we were preparing to depart, I received a message from the host. They indicated an error in the price and stated they could not accommodate us for the full four nights at the agreed price, reducing our stay to only two days.I explained that this was unfeasible as all our plans were already in place, and finding alternative accommodation at such short notice would be challenging. The property manager then stated they were doing me a favor by offering even two days, as the cost for that period exceeded what I had paid. Feeling helpless, I tried further communicating, but the host ceased responding.Subsequently, I initiated a chat with VRBO online. After more than an hour of unproductive discussion, they advised me to call them directly. Upon contacting their office, the VRBO finally honored the other two nigh
