Welcome to our home in the Wallingford community, located within walking distance of Woodland Park and Green Lake.
This home is within very close proximity to local attractions and is just a short walk from the lake that offers swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, waterfront picnic areas, & a pedestrian & bike trail around the entire lake.

This is a 3-level newly constructed end-unit townhome with a private rooftop deck. Perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even business professionals!
The ground level has a small bedroom with a full-sized bed and a 32" TV, a hallway bathroom that offers a tub/shower combo, and a brand new washer and dryer.
The 2nd level has a fully-equipped kitchen, small dining, and a cozy living room with a comfortable couch and a 55" TV with streaming options provided!
The 3rd level has the master bedroom that features a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom that offers dual sinks and a large walk-in shower.
From the 3rd floor, you can access the large rooftop deck that has seating and a nice view of the surrounding area!
Each room offers large windows providing natural bright light throughout. Extra lines and towels for everyone are also provided for guests to use.
High-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 50 Mbps is also provided during your stay!
The Woodland Zoo is also nearby. Coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants, pubs, groceries, & other public conveniences are all within close proximity!

Good location near a nice park, walking distance to coffee, a diner, and on a very quiet street. The view is great, neighbors are respectful and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The couch is not super comfortable, but I preferred to explore the town and the park. Check in was easy. Detailed instructions and a video of how to open the door was simple to follow. Check out was simple too. There are a lot of windows so there is a lot of natural light. If you can’t sleep with any light in the room then bring an eye mask, but it wasn’t an issue for me.

Nice clean townhouse in ideal location
Good amenities, stay was nice and quiet for us business travelers.
New townhose with new furnishings. Met our needs for a base while visiting family near Green Lake. Only complaint was the sofa was a bit uncomfortable. Would stay there again.

Awesome Space + Location!
This is a great, comfortable, and really clean townhouse with a view of the Space Needle (and shooting stars during the late summer) from the cute little rooftop deck. We stayed four nights during August 2023 - it happened to be during a heat wave, so the AC on the second and third floors was great to have. The communication with us was perfect and punctual, the info about the space and guidelines for leaving the space were clear and quick.
The location of this townhouse is AMAZING! There was a great coffeeshop around the corner. We didn't have a car during our stay and walked to the Woodland Park Zoo, Green Lake, a QFC (grocer), and tons of awesome restaurants. In fact, we didn't really cook because of the great food nearby, but the kitchen was very well-equipped.
On a final note, the hosts were understanding and very fair when we broke the coffee maker's glass carafe during our stay. It was totally our clumsiness and of course we offered to pay for its replacement. They were very understanding and kind in their communication and processed a very fair and modest replacement charge within a week.
