The house was dirty, with stained carpet, black mold in the window sills and in the bathrooms, a large ball of hair in the one shower, balled up used toilet paper in the hallway, bugs, etc. The list goes on and on. I rented the place for my family to stay the night after a Mariner's game and if we were not so tired, we would have headed home. Everyone refused to use the showers in the morning before we left. Garage stacked with junk and unusable. Sinks were dirty and broken and again, hair. Toilets dirty. Linen closets had extra blankets balled up in them and smelled. TV did not work. Appliances and kitchen dirty and blood on a few of the walls. Patio and furniture were dirty and lawn dead. I am speechless.

Great Central Location to all of the Area Sites

From Tacoma, Bremerton to Seattle, this home is in Renton which makes it a nice escape from the populated areas.The suburb is wonderful, quiet neighborhood with plenty of space. Even though there were a few minor issues, the owner was very attentive for his first time renting the property on VRBO.
