This property is falsely advertised as “air conditioned”. In reality there is a small WINDOW air conditioner placed on a tray table in the bedroom BUT NOT INSTALLED in a window. Air conditioners cannot work without proper installation which means this is NOT an “air conditioned” apartment.
The hosts communication was limited to only the most essential comms. Despite my asking multiple times in advance about the check in process I received no communication from the host until exactly check in time. Even if the answer was “I will send you those details at check in time” I still expected some response to my requests.
The towels were stained and it was a challenge to use them. But, since I hadn’t brought my own, and they were the only thing available, I did use them reluctantly and sparingly.
There were other minor issues such as things hung on the wall with push pins (which kept falling off), wires run through open windows with screens improperly installed so as to allow bugs into the apartment, the shoebox substituting for a table, the lack of a bedside table and any accessible electrical outlets near the bed, the lack of dish towels, and the comically oversized furniture which dominated the living room and left little room for actually walking through the living room area.
I would not choose to stay at this property again in the future.
