Lounge next to the gas fireplace in the cozy living area, where a smart TV sets the tone for movie nights. The well-equipped kitchen has all you need to create your favorite dishes, including a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample cookware. The primary bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a private balcony. Another bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A half bath adds convenience. Outside, the fenced backyard is for getting fresh air, while furry companions sunbathe. Toss your beach gear in the washer/dryer. Share highlights using the free WiFi. Another fun-filled beach day awaits tomorrow!

Your home is located within a three-mile drive from the beauty of Alki Beach and its wonderful selection of restaurants and shops. Enjoy a picnic at a nearby park or head downtown for lunch and shopping. For a fun-filled outing, take the ferry to idyllic Bainbridge Island or Vashon Island. Or make a day trip to Mount Rainer National Park to appreciate the majestic alpine wilderness.

This property does not have air-conditioning, but there is a portable unit available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed.




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
