Cozy and bright 4-bedroom cottage in Renton
Make some memories at our unique and family-friendly home. With a big backyard, patio, bbq, and newly remodeled kitchen, enjoy our blue 1920’s farmhouse that sleeps 6-8. The home is 8 miles/20 min from SeaTac Airport and 17 miles/35 min from Pike Place Market in Downtown Seattle. Uber and Lyft are readily available and nearby. 3+ grocery stores (Safeway, Fred Meyer, WinCo) within 5 min drive and many restaurants in the surrounding area.
This is a bright 1900 square foot, four bedroom, one bath home: Queen bed on the main floor; 2 Twin beds in a trundle with desk/office space for working on the main floor; King bed and crib (bring your own crib sheets) upstairs*; 2 Full beds and changing station (pad available upon request) upstairs*. Full kitchen has a large fridge. 75" TV with streaming services available for login.
*Please note that given this house was built in the 1920s, the stairwell is a bit steeper and a bit more narrow than you might see in a more modern construction.
