You’ll be just minutes from Seward Park with beautiful Lake Washington walking trails and stunning views of Mt. Rainier, while still having easy access to public transit to downtown Seattle and SeaTac Airport, and local dining in Columbia City.

Our space is designed to be a relaxing retreat—perfect for guests looking to unwind after a day exploring the city. It’s especially well-suited for solo travelers, couples, family, and remote workers or digital nomads who appreciate a quiet, comfortable environment with a dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi.

Whether you’re visiting Seattle for work, a quiet getaway, or a longer stay, you’ll have a comfortable desk setup with monitor, ideal for video calls, focused work, or planning your next adventure.

We’re located in a peaceful neighborhood and ask that guests respect quiet hours and the calm atmosphere of the home. This is the first floor of our home. You’ll have a separate entrance, though you may occasionally hear us upstairs. We’re happy to offer as much or as little interaction as you prefer to ensure a relaxing stay.
