Great location and perfect spaces for our family

Visiting Seattle for a family wedding, we thoroughly enjoyed this VRBO. The communal space was ample for us to enjoy each other’s company and relax.The bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms well appointed.With Seattle’s weather, we weren’t able to enjoy the rooftop… but it is very nice and has a tremendous view.

Excellent ownership but odd location

Excellent ownership and services of the property. Beautiful place and a lot of care was taken to make sure we were comfortable. The location was a bit odd and not where I thought, but that’s not anything on the owner or property.

Wedding Visit

Very clean and comfortable

Stayed here with friends for a concert at Lumen Field. Clean and updated with lots of room. Nice roof top. Walking to Lumen was sketchy, as there are a few blocks where you worry about your personal safety. Better to drive or Uber.

Decent property marred by some issues

Good convenient location to major Seattle attractions. Clean, not run down, generally speaking. Issues: the garage door outside keypad opener did not work. So a passenger would have to close the garage door from inside and hop through the opening to avoid breaking the laser beam circuit and causing the garage door to go back up. Arriving at the garage door, a passenger would have to get out, go around the house, open the front door, and open the garage door from inside. The garage will hold a five-passenger car, but the "driveway" is between a fence and another house with no more than 2 feet clearance on each side. Backing out of the garage to the alley behind the property was very difficult. Another shortcoming was the lack of typical supplies. There was no Kleenex in the bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom toilet was not properly bolted to the floor and wiggled. A small leak around the toilet was evident and had been there for some time without being repaired. The downstairs shower has some mildew and needs to be scrubbed and cleaned with chlorine bleach. For a house sleeping six people, the amount of glassware and cups was inadequate. Example, 3 glass stemware for wine. The coffee maker had no filter, and we had to buy one to use it. The tv bottom shelf stretcher had come apart and needed to be repaired. Other furniture minimal. Chairs too low for table; couch too deep to comfortably sit on. No extra linens, so we had to use our bath towels and washcloths for a week.

Nice Seattle spot

Overall the experience was great. Everything felt clean, the place was a good temperature, and it was located close to our planned outings. The rooftop was a nice little area to hang out in the evenings.

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. Very clean, bright and comfortable, with plenty of room for all of us. We also enjoyed the rooftop patio! The management was very responsive and quick to answer questions I had.

Seattle with rooftop patio

Fantastic spot for our group of adults. Clean and well-appointed. Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Close to downtown and sports venues. We walked and took short Uber rides to get around. Host was very accessible and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

The property was very clean and modern. The host provided nice amenities such as toothbrushes, makeup towel, etc. They were also very responsive and super friendly. Answered all our questions promptly and were helpful with suggestions on what to do around town. I would recommend these accommodations to anyone.

Conveniently located, well maintained property

We enjoyed our stay and the communication was great. We didn’t consider the neighbourhood to be as walkable as we would have liked, but did find a nice coffee shop close by, a fun little gourmet shop and got food to go at some local restaurants. It was a really easy and short drive down to Pike Market. The garage is small and a little bit tricky to back out of, so we stuck with street parking.

Beautiful place!

The property was very nicely designed and we felt very much at home. All amenities were provided, which was very helpful! Loved the table games which we played during our down time. Very close to public transportation, hardly had to use Uber. Would definitely stay there again.

Seattle Weekend Reunion

Property is in a fantastic location. Easily walkable to downtown in 15-20min but also never waited more than 3min for a lyft/Uber either. Well laid out home, very clean, and awesome communication from owner/manager! Would stay again without question!

Clean, modern, great location

The home is exactly as described. It was very clean and modern. The views from the windows were beautiful. Free parking on the street was always available. The location was very convenient for all of the activities we wanted to do in downtown Seattle and Pike Place market. Thank you!
