Our six-person Improv troupe was looking for the perfect place to spend a weekend together in Seattle and we found it!! We liked the price and we joined in on the bar noise below. It's pretty much what the listing says it is and it didn't bother us.

Nice apartment. Gave a New York vibe. Downstairs bar is definitely loud, but the white noise machines were nice. The apartment had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Also walking distance to a lot of sites

We stayed here for a family trip, and the property was completely unacceptable, unsafe, and unsuitable for families or children.The unit was extremely dirty upon arrival. The sheets appeared not to have been changed, the sofa was covered in stains, and there were bodily fluid stains on the blankets. We also found blood, toenail clippings, used gum, and makeup brushes left behind from previous guests. The level of cleanliness was shocking and unsanitary.Safety and noise were major concerns. Homeless individuals were living directly across the street, which made us feel unsafe. There is a bar downstairs that is very loud and not friendly if you are trying to sleep. Music, police, and fire sirens went on throughout the night, and our room frequently smelled like marijuana.Please be very careful when entering the door code. While we were there, someone attempted to get the code and tried to enter our unit. When confronted, the situation escalated, which was frightening for our family.Parking is another issue—do not park on the road. There is a parking garage around the corner that should be used instead.While the location is within walking distance to Lumen Field, the Ferris wheel, and the ferry terminal, the cleanliness, safety, and noise issues far outweighed any convenience. We would not recommend this property to families or anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and safe place to stay.

Please take note - this rental is directly above a bar that closes at 2AM. The music is loud and intrusive. There are noise machines in the bedrooms, but they do not cover up the noise. The unit is absolutely great other than this aspect. I would not stay there again due to the noise.

Great location for going to a Seahawks game. The house was clean and can fit 3 couples comfortably. The only negative was the noise from the bar downstairs but that was easily drowned out by the provided white noise machine and some ear plugs

Read the reviews before booking so there were no surprises. Comfortable stay with 5 adults. Close to most things downtown. About 15min walk to Pike Place which is slightly uphill. Thanks again for the hospitality!

Descriptor of "opulence" or "amazing"...no. Carpets and couch, come curtains were stained. There wasn't just one bar but two below the space. The noise from there was not an issue it was the house-less encampment in Occidental Park and screaming people every night, law enforcement and ambulance/emts responding (thank goodness!). The deck was covered in pigeon feathers and dirty. We did not feel safe sleeping here. I'm sure this was once a very nice space but it looks very haggard! The location was ideal and that was the main reason for selecting this apartment.

Cool place for adults who are in town to catch a ballgame or party. The house was clean but there are several stains on the carpet throughout the condo and lots of noise from the bar below and people in the park across the street.

Nice spot over the holidays

Bring ear plugs as the bar downstairs is loud and the sound carries into all the bedrooms. Great spot easy to get to and in walking distance of all that down town seattle can offer. The space was very cozy and the light from the tall windows was appreciated. Great choices for food, coffee, and shopping in all directions.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE SLEEP

This is literally the worst vacation rental I have ever paid for. The carpets are so filthy none of us wanted to walk barefoot. The shower seems like it was lifted from a camper (size-wise) with no amenities provided. Outside of that, the worst part is the way they have falsely advertised the level of noise from the bar below. Earplugs do not work and the bar is open from 3pm-3am. Vacasa property management are unfriendly and I accommodating, refusing to even reach out to the bar owners and negotiate a slight decrease in decibel level….yet fully happy to charge full price for a miserable stay. We ultimately ended up having to move as no one could sleep at all. Really terrible place, terrible management, and filthy accommodations.

Loft is very cozy and spacious with nice amenities. The bar directly below is very seedy and blasted loud aggressive music literally until 3-4 am every night we stayed there. It was impossible to get a decent nights sleep due to this and kind of ruined the stay unfortunately.

I would give it zero stars if I could. So dirty!

Really gross carpet, these pictures are old. We couldn’t get a response from the owner all week, we wanted them to address the carpets and give us the three rolls of toilet paper the listing promised (we got 1/2 a roll). The location is good, but it’s loud at all hours of the day and night, and the windows are old and not noise blocking. Went to sleep with bass from the bar, woken up by people talking at all hours, loud enough to be heard over the noise machine turned all the way up with earplugs. Would only want to be here in a party weekend when I was not going to sleep. Internet did not work, and after three days of texting with Vacasa, still no owner or local fix. Shower had hair in the drain. Kitchen sink smelled rotten. Basic stuff just wasn’t right. If you book this, know you’re on your own for any problems.

Clean modern home

Pleasantly surprised with this clean modern home located in the heart of downtown Seattle. Near shops, restaurants all that downtown has to offer. The home was equipped with everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and the back patio was a plus! We were very happy with our stay.

Great Location

Our family of 4 enjoyed an immersive stay in the great city of Seattle. The apartment and location were perfect. The bar downstairs was loud but we brought earplugs and didn’t have an issue.
