This is a perfect apartment for a beach vacation! You will be comfortable in this clean, cozy apartment which includes all the amenities you will need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We are following all CDC guidelines for sanitizing and disenfecting between guests. In addition, we will increase time between guests to insure everyone's safety. Enjoy waterfront views of the bay on both side of the apartment as well as private deck with stairs to backyard and lagoon. The ocean, restaurants & bars, and the boardwalk are all within walking distance. 2 beach badges included as well as beach chairs. Please be advised, due to location of this property, it is not suitable for small children who cannot swim.

Perfect beach and bay vacation for family.

This property was beautiful and cozy. Every view was overlooking the water. It was the perfect size apartment for our family, 2 adults and 1 child. The walk the beach was only 5 min and the bay was just around the corner. It was perfect. The sunset on the bay was a fantastic bonus.

We loved our stay at your property! You and John are amazing hosts! We have already rented cottages in the United States and your welcome far exceeds what we had already experienced. All your little touches ... muffins, pancakes, coffee and cleanliness were perfect! We enjoyed our kayaking tour too! Our sorry regret, is our mediocre English, which prevented us from being able to converse with Jonh for our taste, because he is very kind! Perfect home in a perfect location

The home was much nicer than we expected. The location was wonderful. It backs to a channel and has a small deck for sitting and relaxing. The front of the home faces a larger bay and has great views. A playground on the corner for the kids. Very close to the boardwalk and beach, but far away enough to get peace and quiet. The interior is spotless and has a full kitchen. Two nice size bedrooms. An outdoor shower was a big plus. The owners are extremely welcoming and had breakfast in the house for us the morning after we arrived. This included home baked muffins. Their concern was that we were happy and satisfied. We stayed for 10 days but wished it was longer. It was over the 4th of July and we could see fireworks from 5 different directions from sitting in front of the home. Next time we return to the Jersey shore we will book this house again ( if available) If your family likes to crab, this is the place. Look up Bill's boat rentals for a reasonable boat and all the equipment you need. Lots to see and do in the area. Thank you to the owners for letting us stay.
