Enjoy the shady back yard and patio with a table/chairs set & gas grill. Air conditioning to keep you cool on those extra warm days. Soothing and simple decor will keep you relaxed when you are ready for a break from the sun. Open living room w new flat screen t.v. and eat in dining area with sliders to the patio. All three bedrooms are off the living room. One bedroom features a queen size bed with a new flat screen t.v. The second bedroom has a full size bed and the third has a twin with twin trundle that pulls out. The kitchen has a new stainless steel fridge, gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker. Generous cabinetry to house all of your favorite vacation snacks! Washer and dryer also available.

Knock the sand off your toes and salt in your hair at the outside enclosed shower and changing area.

The best of both worlds in Seaside Park, the Family Tides is located on the beach block, yet just a block to the bay to watch the sunset! A quick stroll up the street will have you at the beach so you can stake out and set up for the day. FOUR seasonal beach badges are included in your stay. Rent bikes or take a walk/jog/run on the boardwalk. Or head one block the other direction and be at the bay where you can check out the playground equipment or your choice of two piers where you can try your luck at crabbing or fishing.
