One block from ocean sunrises and two blocks from the sunsets on the bay. Also Justine block away is the newly developed Seaside Boardwalk that offers plenty to do all year round! Coin Laundry available. This is the first floor unit of a two unit house. No steps! FULLY FURNISHED Unit has two bedrooms, bathroom, full kitchen, full dining room and living room with couch that converts into a sleeper. Sunny enclosed front porch to enjoy during any season. Also includes basic kitchen essentials, utilities, wifi, cable, heat and hot water. Plenty of off street parking until end of May! Small dog allowed with additional pet fee. MINIMUM 7 NIGHTS STAY..... NO SMOKING/VAPING PERMITTED
