Beautiful home, newer construction, outdoor shower, front deck, back deck, patio in backyard with couches, and above-the-ground pool. First-floor, 2 couches, bar and TV. 1 bedroom with single bunk beds and pull-out trundle (no closet). Second-floor open floor plan kitchen and den with large island that seats 8, half bath. 3rd floor 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have bunk beds with trundles. 1 full bath in the hall.
Main bedroom 1 queen bed, one single bed, and full bathroom. Driveway 2 car parking and the third car can park in front of the driveway. Renters will not have access to the garage. Free street parking is available too. Walk to bay, beach or boardwalk. Great location! This rental is for families only. No large groups or parties. Must be 25 + to rent.

The perfect weekend

we had a small group of 5 30 year old women who came for a quick little girls weekend and we had the time of our lives, the house was perfect, the neighborhood was perfect and super convenient, we would absolutely stay there again
