Staff at front desk is ok. But the cleaning people are rude. They knock on your door at 9 am when check out is at 11 am. The AC/Heating unit is a window unit and is very loud.
Cheap but ok! No bugs, safe, clean. Heating/AC unit is old and noisy. Shower tub and curtain with some stains. Towels were clean but a bit old. What I really hated is that at 10 am they knock on your doors for housekeeping. They should do this after check out time.

First thing you should know is this is an old rundown motel and not a hotel. The room stunk, the bedding, floors, and bathtub had stains and black/burn marks all over them. Dead roaches on the table and in the bathroom. Front office was rude when we complained And continued on to nasty even after they refused to give us a refund. We saw shady characters that frankly scared us as we were 3 women traveling alone. We were told that those shady characters worked there which was even more frightening. Though I have serious doubts she was being honest. They didn’t even bother to cool the room off for us though it was over 100 that day. We were so disgusted and nervous of the entire place that we forfeited our money and stayed elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Was there for homecoming and not in the room much. It is a comfortable room with no real frills. I enjoyed the room as totally adequate.

We stayed here in 2013 and again in 2014. I think it was a better stay last year. The breakfast was much better/better selections last year. This year, our bed was broken and ironing board was broken too. We don't require much...we are budget travelers...but maybe this was a little too "bare bones." Fine, but nothing to write home about. :)
We arrived at the hotel between 9 and 10 pm. We had reserved a nonsmoking room, but the room definitely had been smoked in. The smell was very strong. We were tired and sleepy and just wanting to get to sleep, so we decided to just deal with the smell for the one night. The air conditioner was off and so the room was very humid and hot. It took a couple of hours for the room to cool to a somewhat comfortable temperature. The room didn't seem to be very clean, maybe the smell made us think this. Overall, even though it was very affordable, we were disappointed.

The room was very clean, the staff was more than friendly and helpful. The only thing was the linens need updated. I had a non-smoking room but it was evident the linens had been used in smoking rooms but the cigarette burns. The lines were clean, just need some updating. I would stay there again.
