Great location just yards from the beach, as base for visiting nearby attractions such as bamburgh castle and Cragside. Rocky in parts but otherwise golden sand beach and again short walk to Seahouses. Just lovely seaside resort. Hotel staff friendly and food excellent with choice of dining room or lounge to relax. Great hotel with excellent staff. The rooms were really nice and had a fantastic sea view. Breakfast in the morning was very good quality, and once again the service from the staff was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. The only feedback I would give is that the 10:30 a.m. checkout time feels quite early.
