Explore the coastline, castles, sandy beaches and friendly villages. The Holy Island of Lindisfarne, reached via causeway at low tide, makes a great day out. The villages of Beadnell and Bamburgh are 3 miles away. Also visit the historic town of Alnwick, 12 miles, with castle and amazing water gardens. Horse riding nearby. Ideal for golf.
