1121 Summerwind This great Summerwind cottage has been beautifully renovated and offers comfortable lodging for families and friends coming to relax on Seabrook Island. It is located less than one mile to Seabrook's 3.5 miles of beaches and so many of the Island's fabulous amenities: outdoor pools, outdoor and indoor restaurants, two golf courses, and multiple beach boardwalks. With sleeping accommodations for 8, it is the perfect retreat for families.
This cottage is surrounded by palm trees and lush tropical landscaping. Enter into the open living area of this cottage which features hardwood floors, high ceilings, and an inviting seating area around the fireplace (please no fires). The kitchen sits off the entry and has been renovated with new appliances, butcher block counters and tiled backsplash. It is well stocked with all you need to cook. The dining room has a large table and seats 7 comfortably. The living room has been expanded making this area roomy. Also off the living area is a large sunroom which is flanked by three walls of windows. A large sectional sofa makes for comfortable seating in this space. Kick back and watch the large Smart TV. Dine while being mesmerized by the beauty of the island just outside your windows. Step outside to the deck and grill up burgers for lunch or steaks for dinner. There are three bedrooms and two full baths in this cottage. The primary bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and en suite private bathroom. Sliding doors lead out to the sunroom. The renovated primary bathroom has an extended granite countertop with custom cabinet. Tile surrounds the shower and is on the floor. The shower has river rock flooring. The two guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the cottage. The first guest room has a queen bed and the second has two sets of twin bunk beds. There is a remodeled hall bath with granite counter and a shower/tub with sliding doors. The cottage has a laundry room with a top loading HE washer and dryer.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Absolutely Beautiful!
We loved our accommodations this past weekend! Wow! We truly hit the jackbox by selecting this beach home for our Friends Reunion Weekend. Every aspect was wonderful - the kitchen, the appliances, the furniture, the light fixtures, the bed, the tables, etc. Just awesome! Great work on upgrading this unit! We will be back!
