We have been coming to Sea Ranch for over 40 years, this home is in our top three. The location can’t be beat. The home was clean, well-appointed, and had amazing views of the ocean and star filled night skies. We loved being steps from the bluff trail and Gualala Point. We will definitely be back!

This was our 25th anniversary and this was the perfect place to spend it. Love to hear the waves hit against the rocks at the bottom of the cliff.

This review is long overdue...we had such a FANTASTIC time here I had to share, that the booking, communication with host, architecturally stunning well equipped house, location and overall incredible feeling of just being there makes the Pacific Overlook a 5 star experience. The bluff trail passes right in front of the home, so as long as you dont mind the occasional walker by being able to see you in the LR and kitchen, its perfect, with filtered views of the ocean. BR's are private so no worries there. One of the highlights is being so close to Gualala, and once on the bluff trail, its a beautiful stroll to the main beach, the interesting drfiftwood sculptures and 1,000 pelican gatherings. We cant wait to return!

Grand Welcome was very responsive. We loved the house! The view was amazing; there are no houses between you and the ocean and you can hear the ocean! The heated floors were wonderful. Wood fireplaces. Very new appliances. Enjoyed the pools. All three pools are open during off season now. Bring what spices and condiments you want. The markets up there are kind of expensive and there aren’t a lot of restaurants. The house had salt and pepper. It was a beautiful house. We truly enjoyed every minute of it!
