This beautiful townhouse was recently built and is in impeccable condition! Featuring 5 bedrooms plus a first floor family room that can serve as a 6th bedroom and a large great room on the top floor, there is plenty of space to accommodate a very large family or two smaller families. Two of the bedrooms are master suites. One on the second floor and the other on the third. The second floor also includes 3 other bedroom, hall bath and laundry. With a very short walk to the beach and a view of the ocean from the top deck, this is a great place to spend your summer vacation! ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY INSIDE OR OUTSIDE/TENANTS TO SIGN ADDENDUM. PROPERTY HAS A $300 CLEANING DEPOSIT
