Beautiful second floor condo unit located one block from the bay with beautiful views of the wetlands and sunsets. This updated unit is meticulously maintained with an open floor concept as you enter into the home with two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed with a powder room. The second bedroom is furnished with double over double size bunk beds and a single trundle. The kitchen has recently been renovated and features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a large pantry and reverse osmosis water system. Elevator access, two parking spots (one covered), outside shower, bike racks also included.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
