Fabulous beachhouse - 5 bedrooom, 4.5 bath townhome is one block to the beach. When entering the home, there is a bonus room with a full bath, Queen sleeper sofa and wet bar. Elevator to ground level also. The 2nd floor includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and laundry closet. One of the bedrooms is a King suite with a private bath and large deck. The next bedroom has twin single beds, the third bedroom features a pyramid bunk (single top, full bottom). The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed and a shared hallway bath. The top floor has a spacious great room. The living room includes a large deck and wet bar and half bath off the kitchen. The 5th bedroom has a King bed and a private bath. Both North and South sides are rentals and are connected from a door on the top deck if tenants choose to use it. $400 Elevator Sec Deposit. Owner provides beach cart, chairs, and beach cooler for tenant use. There is also a garage refrigerator. Pool being installed for the 2026 season
