The upper level has a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room with a large flat screen Smart TV and 3 spacious bedrooms, Two of the bedrooms have both a queen and a twin-size bed. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV and a half bath. Off the hallway, there is a full-size bath with a tub.The lower-level ground floor has one large bedroom with a queen and twin-size bed with a TV, a large bath with a bathtub, a family room with a large flat screen Smart TV and a closed off washer & dryer.The property has central air and wireless internet. We are centrally located within walking distance to many of the wonderful restaurants and shops in Sea Isle and the center of town.There are steps from the front yard to the promenade and the beach. The beach at 45th Street is lifeguarded and allows swimming, rafting and boogie boarding. Nine beach tags are provided.On the property there are 2-3 parking spots depending on the size of your vehicles. There is also free street parking on Pleasure Ave. There is a garage with an additional full-size refrigerator, a gas grill on wheels and storage for your bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, fishing gear, etc.Enjoy your vacation at the "B" house and start each day with a beautiful sunrise over the ocean!

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
