This four bedroom, two bathroom, beach block property will give you fun at the beach without the worry of your pet being left behind. As you enter this property, you will find the first floor has a living room , dining area, a nice renovated kitchen with new appliances, quartz counters and more. One bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom. Direct access to fully fenced yard with covered porch and enclosed shower. The second floor has three bedrooms: one with a bunk that has a double and twin on top, another bedroom with two singles and a TV and a half bath, and a third with a queen bed, TV, and new enlarged private deck. There is also a full bathroom on this floor. You can be Beach block and enjoy your entire family including your pet and have a Sea Isle vacation you will always remember. Pets may be considered by Owner with prior approval for a refundable security deposit per week. Pet-Friendly.. $500 Pet Deposit required, and Pet Addendum. Well maintained unit with 1 sundeck and 3 covered porches. Great family area and beach. 75th St. beach is guarded bathing and rafting, 74th is surfing beach.
