This 4 bedroom 2 bath, two story condominium at Coquina Sands is a great family getaway. Nice sized wrap around deck on both levels. The 1st level of this unit is on the 1st level of decks and contains 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom. Up the inside spiral staircase to the top floor of this unit which is the 2nd deck which contains the living room, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom. The 1st level deck is a common deck that other units share. The living room deck for this unit has it s own private deck. This unit s decks face the side of the house next door and overlooks Braca s outside bar area. This unit is on the north side of this condo building. There are no beach views from this unit s decks. Above the living room level is another unit on the top level of this complex. Living area, kitchen, and dining area, this floor also features a twin single bedroom and queen bedroom. There is a spiral staircase that takes you to a lower level featuring two bedrooms. One consists of a futon bed and the other features a double bed.1 Sleep sofa in the living room, as well.
