It has beautiful ocean views from inside and from all three decks. The first floor has a queen size bed, 2 single beds, along with two bathrooms. The second floor has the master bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom and a double bed with its own private deck with ocean views. The third floor has a spacious kitchen and living room. Storage shed in yard for tenants use. Free internet service and a 52" HDTV in the living room. Off street parking for 5 to 6 cars depending on size. Tenant must sign parking addendum. POLAR BEAR WEEKEND AND GIRLS WEEKEND IS $1400.
